Does Battery have to come out to get to plug or do you suggest access from underneath or a lift ? I had car running with AC on for about 10 Min, quite distubered no water dripping. About how long should it take for a dripping ? Thanks again everyone has been super but just paid $600 for fan and relay, did not know if mechanic cleaned drain pipe

Depends on how humid it is but you should get some "drippage" within a few minutes of the AC being on.

After removing the old blower, I have no doubt the mechanic reached up into the hole to check for, and remove, any debris (dirt/mouse nests/dust bunnies/pollen, etc) that can block water drainage before slapping the new blower in place.

REALLY, no DOUBT. Measure twice-cut once. Check it yourself.
You cannot get a finger into the hole and then turn 90 degrees to clean the far bottom end of the rubber ebow. Take it off from underneath and clean it right.

Tip: A long zip-tie works well for this purpose and is less likely to knock/pull the elbow off the nipple.
