"Delay Time" is the setting that allows you to choose how long the headlights will stay on after you shut off the car. It works when the headlights are in the auto-on mode.

For about $100, you can pick up a used Predator or Hypertech programmer to adjust the shift firmness and shift points yourself.
They are also useful for changing the cooling fans on/off settings, if you ever decide to install a lower temperature thermostat.
Just make sure that the used programmer is UNLOCKED before you buy it.
