Rack boot keeps tearing

Rack boot keeps tearing

My driver side rack boot keeps tearing in half at the large side. I replaced it two weeks ago then went to a track day last Sunday. I never bottomed the car or went off track. It was a smooth California Speedway track. Nothing is in the way of the boot or touches, yet it is all torn to hell. I used a Napa replacement boot. I'm not fond of the rigid plastic replacement boot, but it seems like that's what they all are. I think it should have a rubber boot with give like on an off road shock. Any suggestions?

Is your car lowered? Mine rubs on the frame rail on extreme turns and that's what's torn a couple of mine.

The car is stock. Rubbing on the frame rails? I'll check that out. Thanks.
