fan noise

fan noise
When I turn on the a/c I get a loud noise that sounds like the fan blade is hitting on something.When I turn the fan all the way up the noise will go away. Any answers for this?

Your "about me" is not filled out.
So.... I'm assuming you live in a cooler/colder climate.
If so, more than likely a mouse/mice have seeked shelter from the cold.
They have found a new home in your blower motor squirrel cage.
Find the blower motor cage.
Find remains & obstruction...Remove remnants.

when i was repairing my blend door servos and had the dash pad removed a piece of foam that usually covers wires fell into the fan causing a noise of sticking a piece of paper into the blades.
when it is on full blast it is up against the wall instead of floating around the blades.
You will have to remove the a pillars arms, glove box, center console to get the dash removed.
