Does the x-pipe use stock exhaust manifolds? If so, you will not find any longtubes that will work with it. Shorty headers would be an option, but the power increase vs. cost is not worth it with shortys in my opinion.
Most longtube setups use their own x/mid pipes from the collectors to the axleback. This photo is of the XSPower longtubes that are on my car, but most LT setups will be similar. Note how much farther the collectors are downstream than where the stock manifolds meed the h-pipe:
