Window Regulator--Correct Diagnosis?
2002 convertible,top always down,windows rarely used. Driver window won't move from down.
1) Door module clicks when up or down pushed.
2) Mirrors,locks,and backlights work.
3) Connector to motor--2 female connectors connected to each other with test light and volt meter--test light lights and full battery voltage when up or down pushed--so motor gets power.
Can this be anything besides the regulator?

It could be the motor or the regulator, but they're sold as an assembly.

By "regulator",I meant the whole assembly including the motor. I just found a bad passenger regulator with a working motor,plugged it into my harness,and it works. There is no ground wire in the harness to the motor,but the bad regulator works without touching the car. I'm not sure where the ground is in the system,but I ordered a new regulator. Thanks for the input.
