Default help with codes old and new? help please

i have a 1999 vette 6spd i recently got a new code to service active handling and traction control it was TCS-U1016 loss of communications with PCM i cleared the code brought it to a vette specialist on long island..i then went threw to see some other codes they were history codes an they where RFA- U1096 loss of communications with IPC
then there was U1064 loss of communications with BCM and the last was U1016 loss of communications with PCM i had the car looked at today and he inspected all the grounds and everything and told me i need a new TCS and Active handling computer..i recently had a vararam installed an when i drive the car it would die when i put it into neutral is he correct in installing a new TCS computer or could it be the BCM help please the more info the better im pretty new to electrical bugs and any info is good info but with all of those codes being loss of communications i figured i probably do need a new TCS module any thoughts? suggestions?

If he is talking about replacing your EBCM you need to find another shop. That part is no longer available for the 99, many have searched. Any "vette specialist' should know this.
