Oil Pressure Sensor

I'm a recent Corvette owner and am really enjoying the last few rides before it's put away for the winter. When I purchased the car it had the error code for the oil pressure sensor. Using the You Tube video as a guide we changed out the sensor without removing the intake manifold (thanks for that one). Unfortunately that didn’t clear the alarm. We confirmed that the switch works as well as the dash cluster.I’ve read that “grounding” issues can cause error codes.
Any suggestions on the next step for the pressure switch fix.

Hummm, is there a code that tells us we have a bad oil sensor? I have replaced two in my car, but never a code to tell me? Did I miss something?

Alarm actually says "no oil pressure" and "low oil pressure". The connector at the pressure switch doesn't seem to have voltage--hence the question about the grounding.
