You'll be fine. That's not much different that stock Z06 width and offset.

Yes. All year C5s are the same. You can interchange any year with any year.

275/35 front and 285/35 rear is what i run on my 18x9.5 + 19x10 rims. These are very close to stock diameter and wont cause any traction control/active handling issues.
a 245 is WAY narrow for a 9.5" width. And a 245/40 would have a larger overall diameter than a 275/30...that combination does not work. You need your front wheels to have a diameter AT LEAST .5 smaller than your rear wheels. Also, the diameter of your rear wheels can not be more than 1.5" larger than your front.

No. The difference between your FACTORY 245/45 front tire diameter and the NEW 275/35 front tires is 0.43%. The difference between FACTORY 275/40 rear tire diameter and NEW 285/35 rear tires is 0.71%. Your speedometer will be off by less than 0.5 MPH.

Hankook Ventus V12. They're an amazing tire, HIGHLY recommended here on the forum with lots of guys running them, and the price is great.

I got them from tirerack.com last year, they were going around $1100 then. Now tirerack has them for $850.

Just added 18x9.5/+57mm with 275/35 on the fronts and 19x11/+64mm with 305/30 in the rear on my C5. No rubbing and the handling is night and day from stock. C6 Z06 replicas (original style 10-spoke). No problems with computer or noticeable difference in speedo. Go as big as you can, you'll love it.
