Bang for the buck I think they're great. I do have a couple issues. I think they steering shaft is making contact. Possibly on left turns. I need to investigate further.

I think I also have a leak, possibly at the ball or slip joint. I have cats but it's smelling pretty rich about the middle of the car. Haven't had time to get under and investigate.

Overall, I'm very happy with them.

The only Corvette product that I have come across in 15 years that I am a "Fan boy" of. Beats the hell out of the "Corvette Tax" I installed 4 sets so far - no problems with the installs or the product.

Email me for any install info, pictures etc.

OK, You'd have to be blind to not be able to see that the XSPower are AR copies just by looking at pics of both sets. There was a thread where another forum member posted enough info about XSPower (XSPower was another company with a name something like SSChrome before) including info about what was at their address and links to shipping info showing that XSPower or the other company was importing parts. I try to take people at their word, but the company is lying to you Jon if they tell you they are made in the USA.

That said, they make a good set of headers. The quality is as good as any other brand out there. If the OP wants cheap headers that fit and work then these are what he wants.

The 1 3/4" work terrific even on the big cubes, thanks for the update, killer power numbers!

Have you had the car tuned yet? Also, with the ball and socket flange, check the connection as that area expands a lot with the first few heat cycles so if you did not retorque those down again after some heat cycles, they most likely are loose.

Good to hear you are happy with them, let me know if you need anything else!

You don't want to just tighten on flange bolts till you can't turn them any more because that will just distort the flanges. I thought I had them tight enough but a bolt fell out on the passenger side. I got a new bolt and double nutted those bolts so they can't come lose again.

Love the added decibals roarin' through my Corsa !!!!!!
If by a little extra HP you mean 25 more rear wheel then you're right on

Very correct, you want the ball and socket flange snug and also drawn in equally. Tighten each one down a little at a time so everything gets drawn in equally until it is all snug. After a heat cycle, check those again and re-snug them up! Double nut is not a bad idea either!

It has been tuned. I do think they have the idle a bit hight. Thanks for the tips on the ball joints. I will check.

I also have RHS heads, 224/224 TR cam, and Z06 exhaust. It does sound good. I do have a bit more engine noise. My guess is that the heads also have a bit to do with it. Z06 Ti exhaust also get louder with age. Apparently, there's stuffing the eventually gets blown out. Still my prefered exhaust over aftermarket. With the heads and headers added on, the idle roughened up considerably. I'm planning harmonic balancer this winter and thinking of finding a smoother idling cam that hopefully won't sacrifice much HP. I'd like to stay around 400 RWHP.
