Default xs power headers

How many members on the forum are running the xspower headers on there vettes. I dont want to down anyone's products but there prices are so much lower than everybody else it just has me thinking. I wanted to ask the members of the forum who are running them if they like them and how well they fit and last. Thanks for any input

They fit well. Only change I made was welding the mid pipe together to make 1 piece instead of 3 to eliminate the clamps, mostly because it made a cleaner install and I could.

They looked fine as far as I could tell. If you want an honest opinion, I think they are the same as the TSP headers. They are both stainless steel, they were both out of stock and both had almost identical dates of production. I think they were both waiting on a run from the same manufacturer. I was ready to buy, I just couldn't wait that long. Really wish I could have.

Absolutely not, design is no where even the same.

Perhaps, BUT these headers have been unavailable for what?.....7 months? What is the problem with this company? Great quality and price are meaningless, if you can't purchase them.

That's great news. So you are saying everyone on the "wait" list per this thread (starting in June) has received their headers?: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-p...e-headers.html

Also, if I place an order on your site, they will ship immediately? i.e. next business day?

Texas Speed:
Catless only, no rear o2 bungs, no wideband bung, made of "aluminized steel", requires o2 extensions (they offer a $70 "install kit")

XSPower:
catted or catless, rear o2 bungs, wideband bung, made of high quality SS321 stainless steel, no o2 extensions necessary.

OK, they are a nice header but they are a Chinese copy of the AR headers. Simple as that.

Sent you a PM on how to order Everyone on the wait list was contacted, and now it is up to them to purchase if they still are in need of a system.

a comment like this always must come up even though it has been a debated topic beaten to death on here in many different threads. I am simply done arguing it as I have many of times and it is pointless as no one will ever win an argument on the internet. All I can do is provide the information given to me by the manufacturer.

How are you enjoying your XSPower C5 header system by the way, last I heard you were very happy with it as well. Let me know if I can help out with anything else, maybe a Nitrous kit is next?

Fit and quality are excellent and you don't need to mod anything or buy extra stuff to make it work. I bought my headers and they waited 6 months until I could get the 3" catback from XSpower. I installed it and could not be happier. Have had it for almost a year and over 7K miles. No issues what so ever. Everybody I know loves the sound and the looks. I get compliments all the time and used the money saved on other mods I wanted to do. If you follow how these are done, they are changing the jigs to make other models and such and that is why they produce runs of them and the switch over to another product. A small operation would need to do this because they don't have the space, materials, man power or money to be flowmaster/SLP/AR or what ever else you want to put in there. If you don't want them, don't buy them. Opinions are like A$$holes, everybody has one.....
Jon, if you know anyone in the Frederickburg, VA area that needs them installed, let me know. More than happy to help them out and make a little cash on the side. Jon is sells an excellent product that is poduced by a quality company. Thanks for everything Jon!

Thanks for all the comments on the header system and everything else . I just may have to order a set to help wake up my corsa cat back and maybe get a little extra HP to go along with it.

This header system mated to the Corsa system sounds awesome, you would love it along with the new found power as well. Let me know if you want a system and I can get you set up!
