I changed mine before I put the car away last fall. This car is so easy to change the rear fluid on I am thinking of doing it annually to remove any metal particles.
I replaced diff fluid after 15k with RedLine, mainly to remove any wear-in particles. Origninal factory fill was supposed to be a synthetic, which should be a long mileage lubricant anyhow. You can get all types of opinions here, but I doubt anybody really knows how long a good synthetic diff fluid is good for. A lot depends on the type of driving you do and how hot the diff gets. So, the bottom line to this decision would be
what you feel comfortable with. The cost of 2 quarts of RedLine or Amsol is fairly insignificant to the cost of replacing the differentuial. My $.02 would be every 15 to 20 k or 2 years at the minimum. For the maximum, I'd say if you ever get any positraction chatter or clunking, now's the time to replace all the fluid because the friction modifier has worn out.
