shocks

anyone have a suggestion for what brand of shocks to get for a c5? just a daily driver. do not need anything fancy. kyb? bilstein?

Bilstein,s are a good replacement shock for only a daily driver.. Robert

you might want to upgrade to z06 shocks. i got some from Zip for $270. the ride is better than the stock shocks

I second the C6 ZO6 shocks.. They are a direct replacement and will make a substantial improvement in handling without adding ride harshness. I would also recommend up grading the sway bars. Depending on what you have now will be what you need for a sway bar upgrade.

Bilstein HD. You cannot get better shocks for the money. OEM is exactly that. They will wear out quicker than you think.

Bilsteins on the other hand, come with a lifetime warranty which attests to the quality of the shocks.
