Need answers from dyne
My 2000 C5 was put on the dyno in 2004, by the previous owner. He said there is a multiplying number of 1.03 on the HP and Torque readings. Is this true?

the dyno reading is what the dyno says.
Now some dyno's do read differently than others.
Dynos are tuning tools for before and after mods and engine tune.
what dyno brand was it?

There are so many things that could have been done during the dyno runs to cause a 3% error in the graph readings that what you are asking just doesn't matter. Do it if the higher numbers make you feel better.
