DIC buttons not working!

Default DIC buttons not working!
The DIC buttons in my 2000 Coupe are non-operable. I was told by the dealership that the switch was bad so I replaced it. Still doesn't work. They are now telling me they want to start by replacing the IPC. Any thoughts on something else that could be causing this or is the IPC a pretty safe bet?! I've checked all grounds and they look good!
