iSimple installation problems
So I received my iSimple (PXDP PXHGM4) plugged it into the head unit connected all the wiring and put the 3 and 8 pins on. I tried playing it/ syncing it, and it does not work. The ipod DOES charge just does not play. In addition now when I put a cd in it says "err" makes weird noises and ejects the cd (yes tried with authentic cds and non burned ones). My car has a rear cd Changer. I was told I MAY need to disconnect the cd changer from the head unit when using the PXHGM4 but dont see what to disconnect (everything I tired disconnecting messes up the volume quality.)

I also have the ipod2car with PXHGM4 and mine works fine but I do not have the rear changer. Unless I misunderstood when I ordered my stuff, I believe you would need the PXHGM2 if you have a rear changer.

You will need to disconnect the 12 disc changer permanently. More than likely in the passenger side footwell near the fuse box.
As a test you could try and disconnect it at the 12 disc unit itself in the trunk. But this may not solve the interference issue.
