Help

Noise from head light door after it closes, sound like gears grinding.
Any idea of what is going on and repair?

The NYLON TEETH on the driven gear are worn to the point that they can no longer properly drive the headlight under the torque necessary to fully seat the door.

They sell a new brass replacement gear kit to fix that very issue and that is what you need to fix the issue.
