Heading to work on Thursday and my service TC/ABS light comes on and stays on. I know these cars can act up with low voltage so i do i battery test at my local auto part store and sure enough my battery is bad, so i get it replaced with a new AC Delco battery(not pro battery). So, everything is fine for 2 days. I change my oil today and when i start her up, i get the dreaded "service column lock message" with the "wait 10 seconds and remove key message". Just my luck. So, basically know i have the column lock message, but my column is not actually locked, just the message on th DIC. My car is not drivable as it cuts fuel at 5mph. I've searched and talked to a few buddies about the issue and i know i can take it to the dealer and have the PCM fixed, or i can order the CLB kit. I just thought it was odd that i would have these different issues all at the same time. Here are my history codes, and i have checked all fuses. Any help is appreciated.

C5 of Year Winner (performance mods) 2019
I have the clb and sometimes when I disconnect the battery I will get the "pull key wait 10secs" message but it just goes away... those are all history codes so they shouldn't be a problem... try clearing them then turn the ignition off, remove the key for a few seconds, then start it back up and see if any codes pop back up
Did you leave the key in the ignition while you changed the oil and then started the car without first removing the key????
Need more info about the car and the column lock.
BEFORE this problem started when there was NO KEY in the ignition did the column lock??
Have you checked fuses in the passenger footwell. Specifically the following:
9, 13, 19, 22, 23, 25, 29, 47 and 50. Replace any that may be blown.
Dealer cannot fix this fuel shutoff problem. A tuner can if he has either HP Tner or EFI live tuning software. He can set the fuel shut speed to a large number like 200 or 255 MPH.
There are other possibilities but need answers to the questions above.
I think i did leave the key in the ignition while i changed the oil.
Yes, the column will lock with the key out of the ignition. UnLocks with key in ignition. All fuses are good.

The new battery i purchased was the cheaper AC delco 550/90RC. I am going to echange it today for the ACdelco PRO 700/120RC today and see if that cures the issue. All these issues started once my battery went bad.
Ordered the LM5C module fro my car also which should be here tomorrow. Thanks for the help/.
