How to remove tail light lens.

I think you need to take a closer look.
Those lens are not going to be held in place w/out screws.
If you can't see the screw heads then there must be a plastic or rubber insert covering the heads of the screws.
Also there might be a darkened lens cover, just laying over the whole red lenses.
In either case, you should be able to remove either/or, in order to get to the lens screws.

My car had a cheezy home made flush mount kit installed. Essentially plastic spacers cut with a hacksaw. So the screws were wrong once removed.
Went to the HW store and bought some nice phillips stainless replacements. Also made some gaskets/seals out of weather strip from the same store. Easy afternoon project.
When I had all the lights out, backup and tails, I buffed and waxed the entire rear section. The yellow really gets stained.
