C5 Z06 engine build
Hey guys thanks for the great forum! I would like to get all opinions on best bang for the buck engine build for a project C5 Z06. Requirements are a streetable 500-530 hp at flywheel. I recently aquired a 6.0 LFA aluminum shortblock that I will rebuilding basically stock. (10.8: 1 compression I think) Would stock LS3 heads and intake with aftermarket cam be the most economical alternative to CNC'd LS2 heads and ported LS2 intake? Would rather not shell out the bucks for a FAST. I dont have any other engine parts at this time. I know there are a lot of options out there but just wanted to get some ideas. Thanks for your time!
