But with the hp gains, I only picked up ~6rwhp/tq on my car (after intake & exhaust but before the cam and pulley). And I think 2thDr got similar gains as mine also.
Do you know what the air/fuel ratios were at for each dyno? Perhaps the car needed tuning after the header install to get the full benefit? Or maybe there was knock retard? Were the dynos done immediately before and after the install?
Hopefully I am not grasping at straws. I'd like to get 15rwhp and 15rwtq out of the headers before I do the cam install, and don't know if that's realistic or not.
Once I have 9 buyers , I'll go get them and ship them right away. They said they had 15 in stock. I just can't afford to go buy $6000 worth of headers until I know they're sold.
Thanks , ANDY

I was hoping for ~15rwhp/tq too.... :(
The two dynos were about 4 to 6 weeks apart so it might be just because of temp changes. There were no air/fuel ratio with those two dynos. But according to Autotap, the air/fuel ratio is about right.

Atatp will let you know if your fuel trims are rich or lean but will give no indication of full throttle AF unless you have a wideband O2 sensor to monitor. It can be neasured and calculated using voltage from the O2 sensors but that is rudimentary at best.

I was about to post a similar comment. From what I've read, stock O2s aren't even accurate at the A/F ratios that are seen at WOT (12.0-13.0, hopefully), and definately not if the car is running rich. So anything autotap can tell you isn't necessarily accurate at WOT.
I'm gonna dyno with A/F after I get the RK Sport LTs put on, and see what it looks like. Of course, I'm going to put a 2001+ intake manifold on at the same time so that will skew the results. (unless anyone wants to donate $70 to the dyno fund :D, for an extra run with just the headers).
Re: HEADER GP $ 699 ANYONE INTERESTED? (FunDriver)
We're getting there. I still need a few more. With all the " maybe" responses I think we would have enough. This is a GREAT deal for you guys that are going to do headers. These are exactly the same as the TPIS which is the one that 80 % of the guys have been running.

Andy, will they pass Cali smog? This is a big factor for me, as I will need to get my car smogged next year, and don't want to have to pull the headers to get it passed. Please let me know, as if they will pass smog, I'm probably in.
