Help Please. PCM not seeing MAP output.

Nope, it'd be pissed off 99% of the time. The PCM is seeing the voltage swing that you observed and is reacting accordingly, it really sounds to me like you're missing a minute detail in setting up the logging software. Even if it wanted to idle at the commanded fueling for 65kpa, it'd try dying as soon as you gave it any sort of gas from running lean as the load on the engine increased but the fueling stayed the same (save for the change in RPM).

Wow. Ok. I have driven the car 70 mph, accelerating slowly and smooth and my AFR stays perfect. I'll get the car put back together and see what I can find out. Thanks for hanging in there with me.

I'd like to again thank you for you help Supercharged111. Looks like I am back in business. Traced all wires, put PCM connector back on. Put intake back on, fired it up and it is all good. Thank you again.
