Belt Dust Help
I have new Gatorback belts and tensioners. All the pulleys are good and alignment was checked with laser/ I read all the old post.
My question is simple. I noticed a very slight accumulation of very fine dust on the motor and brackets in the general areas near the main drive belt. Is kt normal to see a slight dusting as the new belt runs in?
belt now has maybe 150 miles on it. Replaced the AC drive as well??

sorry, I put it in Title block. Yes it is a very light coat of rubber. It is just enough to make your finger tips dirty when you run you fingers over the coated area. There are no signs of wear on the belt and after I wiped it down and drove the car again it appears to be even lighter.do the new belts need to run in maybe?
