Intake manifold replacement TSB
Now I see that there is a TSB for my whistling intake manifold. I just had my rings done about a month ago. I really don't want to go through another engine disassembly. Thoughts on the subject? :confused:

Has it been shown whether or not the whistling manifold has any negative impact on performance? My whistle is not very noticable, and I don't mind it, so I wouldn't do it unless there was a good reason. Thanks.

As long as I have a choice and there are no performance issues, I'll take a whistle any day, compared to having anything from my car thrown in the muck and grime in the back room of my local Shivvy dealer!!! :yesnod: They don't even have a Vette certified mechanic (excuse me, I show my age) "technician!"

After adding a 01 LS6 intake I thought the whistle was bad... Now I cant hear it over the S/C whistle at all!! :eek: :eek: :chevy :hat
