tach signal specs
does anyone know the specs on the tach signal from the PCM to the instrument cluster? how many pulses per RPM? found it for the speedo (4000/mi) but the pulse count is for some reason missing from the circuit description.

Thanks for the help! I do recall Raptor saying that C5s need to be set for 4 cyl in order for the readout to be accurate. I guess they don't follow the standard most other cars do. I was assuming that the tach signal was something like pulses per rev, and you'd have to determine how many pulses in a second or so to determine rpm. the guys at raptor performance are great! the spec for this must be in the manual somewhere...but its not in the same place as the spec for the speedo.
