Do you need any special tools to remove the pulley and the powersteering pump? My helper called and said that there was a allen bolt in the middle? Make sense?
Phillip
Why do you need to remove that? For a head swap, all you need to do is unbolt the bracket (4 bolts hold it to the head). You'll need a 15mm open ended wrench and about half an hour.
You will need to remove the little resevoir and rubber hose coming from the resevior to get access to one of the bottom bolts.
Just unbolt the bracket from the head. Thats all you need to do. The pulley/pump can stay on the bracket (just move it outta the way), and the bracket/pump/pulley assembly can just all sit in the engine bay while you do the heads/cam swap.
