If it were me, cover seal, ARP Damper bolt, new oil pump (melling high volume pump) and LS2 Chain.
They also sell a new aftermarket steering rack bushing that firms up the rack mount.
If you dont use an ARP Bolt, get a NEW OEM BOLT and the correct tightening and torque procedure and follow it to a T!!!!
Make sure that you put the cover gasket on the correct way.. there is a right and wrong way!
