Default Sound Deadener/Insulation

Anybody ever used Second Skin Audio sound deadening products? Specifically Luxury Liner Pro and/or Damplifier Pro? How did they perform? Second Skin Audio offers a "Corvette Package" at a discount & they appear to be high-quality products. I'm planning on doing the install in the next couple of months so I'd appreciate inputs from those who've installed sound insulation/deadener products in general and Second Skin Audio products specifically. Thanks!

Nice, I would go that route if I were you. I've done my research and they are the absolute best product out there. Regretfully I used Raammat which is a great budget product , best product for its price point but I wish I splurged and did it right the first time. To remove Raammat would be almost impossible so I'm kinda screwed so don't make the same mistake I did. That's why if you're going to do it, do it right the first time

I used both products, with excellent results.
Can speak very highly of the quality of products and awesome service from Anthony at Second Skin.

I went and looked at the kit. Probably does a good job as there is no substitute for mass....and it adds that - 100 pounds worth!

I used both products on my vert - covered every floor and door surface and the rear wheel wells. Labor was intense - 45 MH total.
I had excellent results.
As noted, the install is not light. I'd estimate that I added 40 to 50 lbs so I splurged on some TI muffs to balance out.

All in all - highly recommended.

I have also recently installed both mentioned SS audio products in my vert. The luxury liner was a little difficult to work with in curved areas due to the vinyl. Worked great behind the seats and on level surfaces.

I ended up trying out the cheaper B-stock deamplifier they sell. If you don't mind wrinkles in the foil or minor thickness differences...it works the same.

Make sure to check out the Secondskin facebook page for deals. You might be able to snag a nice discount or free shipping.

True it does add weight, for me that isn't a concern, I am not racing, tracking etc, so the extra 50lbs or so doesn't effect what I am doing.
