HVAC **** stuck on 69 degrees

ok 98 vette, tried to turn the ac down to 60 degrees and its stuck on 69 LOL go figure .So whats the problem can it be fixed or do I have to buy another unit LOL..!

Check outside air temp sensor. On passenger front under scrape guard

what does it look like ? nevermind I see it ill replace it first.

There are people on e bay who can fix some problems. They usually fix the dim display stuff but i think they also do other repairs. Just search C5 dim display and you will get several hits.
Check and see if you have any hvac codes. Here's a link that describes how to pull the dic codes. http://www.stengel.net/diccodes.htm

That doesn't have anything to do with adjusting the cabin temp.

If the set temperature will not change, you probably need a rebuilt AC control head... There are places that specialize in rebuilding and upgrading the control units...
