Default Acting Weird

Let me start this by saying this could be a long post. I bought this car in November I know it has a cam heads and intake and headers noticed right away it didnt like to idle ( below 1,400 ) took back to dealer they messed with it saod it was good..but it was not good..took it back they took it to a tuner close..wont say who cause dont want to put them down..Car ran ok but I only drove it home bad weather and salt so put it away..Had it out this weekend sometimes it will idle at 1800 at othere times it does this thing of dropping to like 200 then back to 800 the tuner ( who I called about this ) said its normal for a car with a cam to do this ) I dont know what hes been smoking but I dont think it is..no I know its not normal I have seen and heard plenty of modern cammed cars to know this isnt the way it is..2004 ls1 only has 8200 miles on it . dont know what size cam but it is a healthy one..car dynoed 391/375 with the above tuner..any ideas...Thanks in advance for the help

First place I would start would be see what codes you have and then based upon what you find, create a list if what to look at. Post the codes and I am sure you will get some more help.
