Cruise Control not Working

Picked the car ('98 C5) up from the tuner yesterday and noticed on the ride home that the cruise control was dead. What is the drill to troubleshoot the problem?

First try the obvious my cycling the cruise switch on the stalk and the button on the stalk to see if it will reset.

Fuse number 20 in the fuse panel in the car, behind the passenger side toe panel may be bad.

The switch mounted above the clutch pedal (if you have a manual trans) may need to be adjusted or be bad.

Or the multifuntion stalk switch itself may be bad.
