Default Intermittent "Reduced Engine Power" Code

New to this forum, recently purchased a 1999 C5.

The car is bone stock.
The only Mod I've installed is an HID kit for the Low beam headlights.

For the past week I've been getting an intermittent "reduced engine power" code.
When I restart the car the light shuts off.

I pulled the codes & this is what it came up with.

tcs u1301 H C
tcs u1016 H C

BCM u1255 H C
BCM u1096 H C
BCM u1255 H C

PCM P1626 H C

If anyone else here has had these same issues i'd appreciate any tips to make this go away.
Any help/ tips would be greatly appreciated!

I had the same exact issue years ago and I grabbed electrical cleaner and sprayed my throttle body connecter, mass air meter connector. There was a lot of corrosion in the two for some reason. Cleaned them up and no problem after that. If that doesn't work, check your grounds on the car and also the wire bundles leading from your doors in the rubber boot. Give them a shake while the car is running and if it throws a code. If it does than you have at least narrowed your search. Hope this helps, Jay.
