Default air conditioner not blowing cold, or even cool

99 frc, manual controls on the hvac
well did a bit of research and i'm not sure where to go from here...blower works well but no cold air. no codes. compressor has a belt on it but doesn't seem to be "kicking on" like it does on my other ls engine. its just spinning. blows warm on both driver and pass side on both fresh and recerc modes.

check pressure on low side? add freon if needed? thoughts?

also of note i just had a cam/heads/intake put on the car. as far as i can remember a/c worked before this (car is still fairly new to me)

thanks guys

after a bit more reading i tried the air again and felt both lines...both seem to be about the same temp, one was not COLD and the other hot like i read they are suppose to be.

I would suggest checking that compressor to se if it's working. If not, replace it, if so, you probably have a leak. Either way I'd start with the compressor.

if you aren't getting any codes, it's most likely the compressor clutch.
