Rear Rotating Noise while Coasting
More like a short growling with every wheel revolution, not a grinding noise. Seems to be from left rear (maybe center), not under accelerating or hard decel. Noticeable in any gear, at any speed.
NOW for the sob story: Left rear hub assembly failed during track time in Pueblo, CO. Hub (with lugs and wheel) broke away from bearing housing, and I limped back to pit, with the loose wheel and rotor being held laterally by the caliper. There was a lot of growling as the bearing housing tried to drive the separated hub, and traction control tried to help while limping back. Towed home, replaced both rear hubs, and resurfaced both rotors.
So, whatdya think? Could the posi clutches or something in the diff have gotten damaged? Could one or both CV's have gotten damaged? I hope I don't have a bad new Timken hub assembly, but that would be the cheap way out, wouldn't it.

Can you get a video of it? I'm thinking that diff took a beat down when you peg legged it back to the pits. Be that as it may, in a straight line the you shouldn't notice it, so I think a video would help. Did you go OEM SKF or the SKF race hubs? Can you isolate it to the left or right side?
