You need to have the pulley alignment checked with the laser tool. I'd be willing to bet the power steering pulley is a tad out of alignment and causing the chirp

I checked the PS pulley alignment relative to the alternator pulley. The PS pulley is about 0.5 to 1 mm closer to the engine than the alternator pulley. Would this small amount cause the chirp? I don't believe the PS unit/pulley was removed when the crank pulley was replaced and there was not chirping problem before. Curious.

Basically I woul scruff up and pulley that is driven by the non-ribbed side of the belt.

I had that problem too. I finally gave up and went to the Chevy dealer. They told me to clean all the pulleys with brake clean. Do not ever re-install a belt. Once it comes off the car, pitch it. When you clean the pulleys with brake clean, wire brush them until they are absolutely clean. Use more brake clean. So, I had them do because I was absolutely tired of messing with it. I have not had any problem in about a thousand miles so far.
Just for kicks, start your car up and put your wire brush on the grooved side of the belt and see if any dust comes off the belt. It probably will, and there is the problem. Your belt is contaminated. If you just replace the belt with out cleaning the pulleys, kabluie, you just wasted a belt and you still have the problem.
All interesting information. Does anyone know if the crank pulley can be installed too far on to the crank such that it is misaligned with the other pulleys? There was no chirp problem before the crank pulley was installed. Now, I can stop the chirp. Just wondering if my installer missed up the install.
The chirping occurs when engine temperature is below ~200 F. Above 200 F there is no chirp. Only chirps when accessory belt is on, so chirp is not from ac belt system. Chirp goes away when I put talcum powder or water onto accessory belt.
Just wanted to say I'm having this exact same problem myself, I feel your pain. Feel like there's a flock of birds under my hood in the morning. I'm going to try the wire brush/new gatorback belt suggestion sometime this week. Thanks to all who have provided advice!
I'm having this same problem as well, it drives me nuts, every morning I spray silicone lubricant from the passenger side between the crankshaft pulley and the belt and it disappears for the day but I am going to try the wire brush and brake clean and see if that helps. If not I will start replacing idlers and tensioners. I'll keep you guys updated.
