side markers
Have you guys replaced the side markers? I reached up under the fender and the bulbs are there, but I thought there were nuts on the studs?
I am beginning to think a previous owner might have glued mine on..

Check with your local AP store or hardware store for these nuts I have seen them available there before. Dealers will rape you on prices. If the studs are broken off, maybe that's why someone tried glue or double-sided tape.
If you need a replacement light, check with Marc at Vettenuts.com. They usually have good clean used C5 parts at reasonable cost (615-896-6100). I've also seen them on the big auction site. Many come with the nuts.
Btw, easy access to these is through the outside tail light opening.
