Default 98 BCM Doom??( Long)

I have a '98 coupe that I purchased through my son's Honda dealership in December 2012. The dealership was cleaning the car for delivery and the detailers apparently washed the engine while it was running and caused a series of error messages on the DIC.

After messing with it for a couple of days, the Honda dealer had the car taken to the local Chevy dealer and they diagnosed and replaced the BCM.

The car has run fine after sitting through the NH winter and I have put about 2000 miles on it since spring. The car now has about 51,000 on it.

Today, I went to start it and I got nothing but warning lights. Charged the battery which was down to about 12.5 volts and still got the warning lights.

I pulled the codes and got

10- No Codes
28-C1221H
C1281H
38- No Codes
40- No communication
60- U1160HC
U1176HC
80-U1016H
U 1064H
U1096H
90 No Communication
A0 LDCM B2282H
B2284H
U1064H
A1 RDCM- B2253H
B2283H
B2285H
U 1064H

Of course the 40 BCM code was the most troubling.

I decided to disconnect the battery ground and reconnect and everything returned to normal. The car started right up!!

All of the codes on the DIC cleared except for the 28-TCS, the AO LDCM, A1-RDCM. The car sat recently for about 2 weeks when this problem developed. The car sat for much longer this winter so I don't get it!!

I was getting ready to install some headlights and the column lock fix and now I am not sure if I want to if the car needs to go back to the dealer. I was thinking of contacting the Chevy dealer that did the work to see if they will replace the module or diagnose it if there is another problem.

Is there anything else I should look at?

Thanks in advance.

Too many codes to properly troubleshoot..
RESET them all and see what comes back.

When you list the DTCs Do it this way PCM P-0300 H

Hopefully, clearing the DTCs will eliminate most of them and you can better concentrate on the more important DTCs.
