Remember, higher gear ratio and a stall converter make a car show less on the dyno. But Its still going to be very impressive Im sure. My guess is in the 550whp range.

530 would be awesome! Next question, how long is that stock A4 going to last? I did install the biggest b&m plate cooler that would fit.

Here's where the higher gear ratio and stall have another positive effect. They make life easier on the drive train. I do think it would be wise to invest in a solid trans mount to avoid wheel hop, and a trans to diff brace for strength with that kind of power. But I think it will hold up fine. I am on a similar track with my mods as you are and plan to run the stock A4.

So I never brought the car to the dyno, I just decided to tune it myself. Its a bit of a learning curve and I'm a long way from being an expert but I enjoy tuning the car as much as I enjoy working on it so why let someone else have all the fun?

I'm running 345/35/18s w/A4 and car won't hook at all at in 1st, so I don't even try (they aren't drag radials so I don't expect much bite). If I lay into it slowly in second (which takes me past 70mph) I can get traction, but on a cool day it will break loose pretty easy as well. I haven't spent much time in 3rd other than to verify AFR (11-11.2) under load.

Max boost in somewhere between 5-6psi with the 4.25" pulley. Id like to pulley down but I really am pushing my luck with that stock tranny the way it is. Plus tuning on the street sucks.

I suspect with drag radials and a strong tranny it should run high 10s. Enough for now (not really). Next stop:

1) RPM transmission
2) Max boost the P1SC (9-10psi?)
3) Meth injection

700 whp anybody?
