security light/seatbelt light
i have a 98 and when im driving randomly the security light will just pop on randomly and stay on until the car turns off, also my seat belt light will stay on all the time even when my seat belt is on, could this be bad sensors or is there some way to get them off and should i be worried about the security light coming on while i am drive?

I would check the BCM to see if it has any water stains/white calcium on the aluminum cover. If it does then likely the board has gotten wet and has similar corrosion build up on it. That may be what is causing the symptoms you see. Wiper well drain udder and AC drain are notorious for plugging up with debris and allowing waterto backup into the passenger foot well. The BCM is usually the unwilling target of the water as it backs up into the car.....
