I'm getting new tires today. The fronts are worn more heavily on the inboard
side of the tread than the outside and the car tends to wander and follow
every crack in the road.
Anyway, I'm going to have the car aligned after I get the tires installed and
want to know if there are a prefered set of spec's to use or if the numbers
in the book are fine.
Please post numbers or reference a web link that I can look at/print out.
Do an archive C5 Tech search using 'alignment' as the keyword and you'll find posts filled with more specs than you know what to do with. :yesnod:
If you have non-runflats you can run Z06 suspension specs, it greatly improves handling (but with more tire wear). There are some "custom" Z06 like specs in the archieves to, for use with non-runflats. If you have runflats you need to stick to the stock specs. The sidewalls on runflats are too stiff to handle negative caliber.
