C5z Auto Swap thread. Pics...
I have been in the process of swapping a 4l60 and a c6z rear end in my c5z. I got a auto shifter cable and the stock shifter cable mount off of a auto c5. Before I took the mount off (drilling the spot welds/air chiseling the mount off) I made a template for where it needs to go.
Then I Marine 5200'd the mount onto the tunnel where my template showed.
Let it dry a little bit before putting a weld or three on it.
I am almost done with my auto swap and wish I had found a good thread where I could ask questions. Granted I found some threads but I anyone wants the template I could scan it, or if anyone has a question just ask.
