Default Mcleod RST problems

So I've had my RST twin disk on for a couple months and it holding ok after the initial break but has since had a steady uprise in slippage. It finally gave out and I barely made it home. After taking everything apart and pulling the clutch off I find multiple hot spots on the upper and lower surfaces for the upper disc and both discs are glazed about 50% slave cylinder is good, no leaking lines or anything I can find that would cause this so prematurely. Any suggestions guys? Should I just call them and try to get it replaced or rebuilt? I'm not to fond of spending any money on it after getting almost no use out of it. Thanks.

Were measurements taken when installed? I assume you didn't use a shim either, how much power are you making?

Yes they were taken. After looking at it I'm seeing that the discs were only wearing 50% across. Replaced with a 3+ temporarily and will be going to a different style twin in the near future.
