If the tenstioner feels week then it would be a good time to replace it.. the idler i wouldnt do unless it was bad/making noise. the tensioner as it gets old will allow belt slippage when you are an the throttle heavy or will allow the belt to walk to one side.. check the belt for wear on one side or the other.. if it looks good and the tensioner feels nice and firm yet i wouldnt bother. but its your call, they are easier enought to change when the belt is off and the parts are cheap it will give you piece of mind. I would look at a good name brand set (gates, Moog, ect) if you do.
if you still have the OEM units, i would, grease is dried out after this much time and they aren't too expensive
part numbers and deals i found via amazon or rock auto when i did mine
Gates 38196 AC tensioner $42.75
AC Delco 38194 main serpentine Tensioner $53.18
Dayco AC idle pulley 89135 $11.71
Dayco main idle pulley 89007 $8.90
just for kicks i bought a gates and ac delco tensioner, they look and appear constructed identical, if i did it over i would buy the gates main tensioner, not the delco
I would look on rockauto and compair part numbers on the tensioners between the Vette and the F-body. i would suspect they are the same but you never know, they may have different pulley sizes and what not.

Tensioner pulley is replaceable as a separate item very inexpensively, very easily as well. Generally no need to replace entire tensioner assembly.
Idler I would replace.
