Default Passenger DRL out

Hi all,
I've read a few posts on here about this issue and how it goes through the emergency flashers wiring, or something to that effect. My blinker works on that side and the other lights work too. So, I'm asking if it is the wiring issue, would my other lights works or would the whole side be out? I've changed the bulb and still it is out. Thanks for any help
