In 2009 you posted a thread showing the connections and wire colors for a 1999 harness at the EBCM.
Do you have one for a 02?
My understanding is
Pin A is hot all the time.
Pin B is hot in run mode.
Pin G is ground.
Not sure of the other pins.
Can I check voltage with the harness removed from the EBCM or not?
How do I check resistance in the wire from the PCM to the EBCM.
As you can see by my question, im treading water with electrial.
Trying to have all the information for what ever shop I use.

Here is a 2001-2004 EBTCM power ground Schematic.
Yes you can read the power with the connector disconnected.

Bill,
With a test light;
Pin A is HOT
key in the run position
Pin B no POWER
Tested fuse#5 no Power. Tried different fuse no Power.
Any ideas?

19,18,17,22,16,13 power
fuses pass
21,22,19 power
