Use the NGK 55's, they come pre gapped at .057 which is fine for non-nitrous motor. You can find them at O'Riellys Auto for $1.65 ea.
Pulled factory AC plugs at 38,000 miles all pucks were missing gaps at .065 or higher, not good, bad idle. NGK's work great and for the
money you can change them out yearly for less than $20! :cuss
If longevity is of a lesser concern, and performance and good heat dissapation is the highest concern, than TR55 copper plugs. TR6's for nitrous or sustained RPM (road racing) type of situations.
