Default Supercharged PCV/ Catch Can questions

Let me first start off with my set up

2001 Z06 with P1SC procharger and 9pounds of boost.

I saw this in other thread and wondered if it was best for my SC set up with 9 psi.

I know there is a lot of threads and I have searched but came across this below and thought it seemed pretty easy and effective?

I simply capped off all of the stock PCV ports, ran a breather on the valve cover, and ran 3/8" ID hose off the DS valve cover to a cheap catch can with a breather on top of it.
Currently I may have this all wrong.....I have the stock PCV with check valve from valley cover into Manifold, The drivers side is capped off ( if it was from factory), The stock oil cap is in place, and I have a line running from the passenger side valve cover down to a filter underneath the car which ofcouse fills with oil after some hard pulls and just drips the oil out. ( this might be me slightly overfilling the oil and the engine pushing it out)

I was told I could have run this line into the blower filter but why would I want the blower to suck up this oil?

Not a huge deal untill it gets all over everything underneath after a few hard pulls.

I'm pretty embarassed but I need some simple advice. I know a Catch can is best just want some direction how to set this up.

PCV is not something I know a lot about.

I am reading this now http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-f...ac-thread.html

Simple ideas are still welcome.

Here is how I sit now:

Edit:

Looks like I have it correct but need to place a T in the system. Run off the passenger valve cover then into a T section that goes into valley and then down to filter correct?

Thanks in advance.

If you have a line from the valve cover to the s/c filter - you need a one-way check vavle in the line. Otherwise, you're going to suck oil right out of there. Here is how I have mine going to an Elite Engineering catch-can:

I still need to run the line from the passenger side valve cover to the s/c air-filter (with a check valve installed)

Thanks!

How do you have Passenger valve cover connected now?

Do I need 2 check valves? I have the factory one from valley cover to Intake still.

Right now I have the valve cover capped off. I have the valley cover going to the top of the catch-can (with an inline check valve) and the intake going to the lower nipple on the catch-can (no check valve). And..as seen in the pic...the tb is capped off

Gotcha. I understand Procharger has the t connection that appears to go from valve cover into valley and another line down to filter. What did the do with connection on manifold? Leave it connected on one side with check valve? Should I put a filter cap in place of oil cap as well?

Sorry for 21 questions. I understand what you did but not Procharger with no catch can

Forgot to add that current vacuum at idle with way i have system now is around 16. That bad?
