Now that you mention it, could be. I remember seeing them/it only a couple times before here on the boards. I don't think all year models had them. Like a small rubber block that fits between the upper plastic radiator support cover and the condenser line itself.

I tried looking it up on a couple gm dealer parts websites I frequently use and found nothing. I even tried a couple different year models, thinking maybe it was an "early C5" ('97-'98) or "late" C5 ('02-'03) part and still nothing. Who knows? Maybe it was a one-year-only thing, or maybe something used during manufacturing/assembly only, kind of like the rubber band under the console, used by the factory during assembly to hold the shift-rod in position on 6-speed cards.
