Default suspension squeak after greasing

This year I noticed my suspension has really started sqeaking badly especially over speed bumps and uneven roads. I did a search and as suggested removed the front and rear bushings and greased them with white lithium grease and replaced them. I noticed most guys recomend a silicone grease but this was the best I could find. Is this grease not going to do the trick as the sqeak seems to still be there but not as bad. I still have the original plastic endlinks. Could these be the problem? Just ordered some new metal ones. Anyone know the sway bar dia. on base model 2000 m6? Might just have to order some new poly bushings. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks

Polys will squeak worse. The bushings all squeak, especially in colder temps.

Yes, don't grease them. That is a short term solution. Use the plumbers Teflon tape to wrap the sway bar where it passes through the bushing. I read this on a Honda Civic forum and tried it on the Vette. No squeeks for the last several years since I installed the Teflon tape.
