Default light weight affordable comfortable seats

I am wondering if anyone knows of a type brand of seat to fit the C5 that is light weight affordable and half way comfortable . I don't mind doing a little modifying to make them fit. Any help would be great!

the evo 8/9 recaros have been modded to fit in a c5

as for light, the recaro pole position is the most comfy race seat i have ever sat in and also very light

i know there are guys that like corbeau on here but i have to tell ya, as a prior corbeau owner i'll never buy their seats again. they are not shaped correctly for your spine and just shoddy craftsmanship

Light weight, affordable, comfortable??? Pick any two...

You generally can't get all three. The ones that are light and affordable aren't comfortable, the affordable, comfortable ones aren't light, and the comfortable and light ones aren't affordable. At least that's what I've found..

Sparco would come probably closest to achieving all three. Decades of experience in motorsports at highest level, considerably cheaper than Recaro or OMP and actually pretty comfortable.
Sparco Chrono sport (the one piece variation) is a killer seat, that fits in the C5 and is under $500.
